Guide to your ring size

Guide to your ring size
Use a ruler, a measuring tape or a caliper to measure the inner diameter in millimeter of one of your own rings. Multiply the millimeter with 3,1415 or use the chart below. The ring size corresponds to the perimeter of the finger. The ring size can vary 1-2 sizes according to time of day, temperature, humidity etc. Measure your finger by normal temperature and not if they are very cold or warm. Warm fingers are often swollen.

You can also measure your finger: 1. Wind a thin thread 2 times around the finger, which the ring is attended. Make sure the thread fits without being too lose or too tight. It should fit just as you wish the ring to fit. 2. Draw a line across both threads, so the mark is visible on both threads 3. Take off the thread and measure with a ruler the distance between the two marks. The distance is your ring size. Is the distance 5,5 cm, the ring size is 55 etc. If the distance is 5.5 cm. the ring size is 55 etc. Circumference in mm = ring size.
